Mr. Bikramjit Ahluwalia, is the Founder, Promoter and Managing Director of the company. He has been appointed as the Managing Director in the Company since 1979 and designated as the Chairman and Managing Director of the Company.
Mr. Bikramjit Ahluwalia, Founder Promoter and Presently Chairman & Managing Director of Ahluwalia Contracts (India) Limited (ACIL), aged 84 years, has been involved in the Construction activity for more than 56 years. Under Guidance of Mr. Bikramjit Ahluwalia, the company’s turnover rose manifold in the face of stiff competition from various players in the field. He was actively involved & Executed in construction management for various prestigious projects such as Goa State Legislative Assembly, Goa, 22 storied, IFCI Tower, New Delhi, NDMC City Centre, New Delhi, South Asian University, Maidan Garhi, New Delhi, IIM, Nagpur, AIIMS, Nagpur, Emergency Block/Building Safdarjung Hospital, New Delhi, AIIMS, Delhi, AIIMS, Jhajhar, Office Building for Income Tax Department, Bandra Kurla, Mumbai, Mumbai Metro Project, IIITD, New Delhi and many others, Construction of Housing Complex at Khelgaon (near Akshardham Mandir), New Delhi for Commonwealth Games 2010 Project, upgradation & renovation of Dr. S.P.M. MR. SHOBHIT UPPAL, DY. MANAGING DIRECTOR
MR.SHOBHIT UPPAL(Deputy Managing Director) aged 56 years is an Electrical Engineering graduate from National Institute of Technology, Kurukshetra, India. He has to his credit, well over three (03) decades of experience in wide-ranging activities relating to construction and infrastructure industry including super structures, integrated townships, hospitals, hotels, commercial complexes, manufacturing facilities, and pipelines. He is involved / executed in various prestigious projects such as Central Vista Projects, New Delhi, AIIMS, Kalyani, IIM, Nagpur, IIM, Rohtak, Samrat Ashok Convention Centre (ICC) Patna, Police Head Quarters, Patna, CNCI, Rajarhat, Kolkata, ESIC Hospital, Kolkata, Bangalore Metro Project, New Danish Embassy, New Delhi, Tata Medical Centre, Kolkata, IIT, Mondi (HP).
MR. VIKAS AHLUWALIA, WHOLE TIME DIRECTOR
MR.VIKAS AHLUWALIA is aged 49 years’ s/o Sh. Bikramjit Ahluwalia, Managing Director of the Company R/o B-10, Saket, New Delhi-110017. He is BE (Civil) and has been to his credit more than 20 years of Experience in multifarious activities relating to infrastructure. He has been instrumental in award and execution of many mega projects by the Company. He has been involved in Construction Business since 1996. He has been very instrumental for successful implementation of many big projects of the Company. He is currently overseeing the Chairman (Project Monitoring Committee) of Ahluwalia Contracts (India) Ltd. He has been involved with the execution of Jolly Grant Airport, Dehradun, Mumbai Metro Depot, Mumbai, Sion Hospital, Mumbai Project, Chandigarh Railway Station, Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Terminal (CSMT), Mumbai and All Projects of Assam.
MR. SANJIV SHARMA, WHOLE TIME DIRECTOR
Mr. SANJIV SHARMA S/o late Sh. Satyadeo Sharma aged 52 years having Masters in Civil Engineering with Honors from IIT Roorkie and has been to the credit of more than 29 years of Experience in multifarious activities relating to Construction Industry. He has been involved with Central Public Works Department from the year 1993 to 2007 and executed following major projects as an Engineer In-charge in CPWD.
He has been involved with the execution of Mumbai Metro Depot, Mumbai, Sion Hospital, Mumbai Project and All Projects of Pune i.e. Bluegrass Residences Yerawada Pune (Housing Project) (MH) and Nephronia Ecospaces Nephronia Commercial tower Yerawada, Pune (MH).

MR ASHOK KHURANA, INDEPENDENT DIRECTOR
Mr. Ashok Khurana is retired as Director General, Central Public Works (CPWD), Government of India in the year 2013 and is also served as Engineer Member (EM) in Delhi Development Authority (DDA). He is in the profession of Civil Engineering with over 46 Years of Experience in urban development and infrastructure and vast experience in Construction, public works, project management, resource allocation, absorption of latest technologies and arbitration and worked on various projects in Roads, Bridges, underpass, border roads, office and residential buildings and airports and also driven programs and Projects from end-to-end providing strategic direction. Mr. Ashok Khurana is also the former Independent Non-Executive Director in NBCC (India) Ltd

(DIN: 02537985) (Professional – Independent-Director) S/o Shri Hazari Lal aged 71 years. He is B.SC. (Civil Engineer) from Delhi College of Engineering and has been to his credit more than 47 years of Experience in multifarious activities relating to Indian Railway, infrastructure. He has been involved with Indian Railway Service of Engineers, 1973 with Experience on Railways and others sectors.
Mr. Rajendra Prashad Gupta was posted as Dy. CE incharge of project at the start remained there for five years. Mr. Gupta carried out complete final location survey, coordinated with state government and got set up special land acquisition cell for the project, facilitating acquisition in record time. Set up the project organization, complete planning and design of important structures including tunnel design in boulder studded rock formation being done for the first time on Indian Railways, finalized the tenders for first block section and supervised the construction. DR. SHEELA BHIDE, INDEPENDENT DIRECTOR
Brief Profile of Dr. Sheela Bhide:-Dr. Sheela Bhide is a retired Civil Servant belonging to the Indian Administrative Service, Andhra Pradesh Cadre of 1973 Batch. She has served Government of Andhra Pradesh and Government of India in various assignments over a period of 36 years. In Government of India, she has held the posts of Chairperson of the India Trade Promotion Organization under the Ministry of Commerce and Industry, Special Secretary and Financial Adviser in the Ministry of External Affairs, Additional Secretary and Financial Adviser in the Ministry of Defence and Joint Secretary in the Ministry of Corporate Affairs. In the Government of Andhra Pradesh, she was Principal Secretary in the Department of Industries and Commerce and Principal Secretary in the Department of Finance, besides several other posts held by her both in the field and in the Secretariat.
In 2008 she was awarded the Prime Minister’s Award for Excellence in Public Administration. Dr. Sheela Bhide has a doctorate in International Trade from the Graduate Institute for International Studies and Development, Geneva, Switzerland. She holds a Master’s degree in Economics from the George Mason University, Virginia, USA and a Master’s Degree in Public Administration from the John F. Kennedy School of Government, Harvard University, Cambridge, Massachusetts, USA. At Harvard University, she was awarded the Josephine and Raymond Vernon Awards for Academic Excellence and Leadership at present she is the Chairperson of the Women Entrepreneurs International Trade and Technology Centre, Senior Adviser to the Indian Institute of Foundrymen, Senior Adviser to the Association of Lady Entrepreneurs of India, Independent Director on the Boards of Rane Holdings Ltd, Gati-Kintetsu Private Ltd and Suryoday Foundation.
